America’s Capital Partners to Enhance Peachtree Center

On December 6, 2006, America ’s Capital Partners, LLC (ACP) purchased the 2.5 million square foot Peachtree Center. Improvements include pressure washing of all six buildings and garages and upgrades to the Marquis One and International skybridges.  Also planned are enhancements to the 2nd floor lobby of International Tower and building main lobbies, possible renovations to The Mall and Courtyard as well as a skyline lighting addition.  ACP is committed to making Peachtree Center an even better place to work, shop and visit.

The Cornerstone at Peachtree Center

America’s Capital Partners (ACP), owner of Peachtree Center has recently added the Cornerstone Building to the Atlanta portfolio.  The Cornerstone, home to Hard Rock Café and Gold’s Gym, is located on the corner of Peachtree Street and International Boulevard adjacent to Peachtree Center’s South Tower. The Cornerstone tenants, which also include Turner & Associates and SAE Institute, are excited to officially be a part of the Peachtree Center community.
