Responsible for the overall management of Peachtree Center, ACP sets the highest standards in every aspect of our business, and we are committed to providing our tenants with the best level of service this industry has to offer. If you have requests or suggestions as to how we can better serve you, please let us know. Please submit tenant requests through the Angus Maintenance System.

LEASING
Leasing services are provided by CB Richard Ellis. Our leasing office is located at 225 Peachtree Street N.E.,

BUILDING HOURS & SERVICES
Access
Access into the building is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Building access during non-business hours is explained in the Security section of your Tenant Handbook.

Elevators operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Building Holidays
Please note that the building observes the following holidays (on these days, normal building services are not provided): New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Engineering Service
Building Engineers are on-site from 8:00am until 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, and from 8:00am until 2:00pm on Saturday. Please refer to the Heating and Air Conditioning section of the Building Services chapter of your Tenant Handbook to obtain additional service.
Janitorial Service
Nightly janitorial service is provided after building operating hours five nights per week, currently performed Monday through Friday. Day porter service is provided from 7:00am until 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
